If you do your own custom framing, the most cost effective way to build Swingframes is for you to build it yourself. It’s easy to do when you use our “Swing Shells”. Swingshells are the back part of the frame, built from wood and has our hinges, gravity lock and hanging brackets attached. All you do is assemble your own front frame from a metal or wood profile, add the backing board, matboard and clear overlay to create your own swing-open custom frame. We have numerous standard sizes and can custom build any Swing Shell size up to 48”x 96”. Swing Shells can also be built with depth to create shadowboxes.
